Crypto brokerage Blockchain.com received a large outgo instauration (MPI) licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), according to a property merchandise connected Monday. The licence allows it to supply regulated integer outgo token (DPT) services to its planetary organization and accredited capitalist customers.
The institution had received an in-principle support from MAS past year.
"Singapore represents a large, profitable trading hub for Blockchain.com," the institution said successful its property release. The state presently serves arsenic Blockchain.com's Southeast Asia headquarters.
Singapore has awarded respective licenses to crypto companies lately. Both crypto speech Crypto.com and stablecoin issuer Circle received integer token licenses from MAS successful June.
