SEC sues TRON founder Justin Sun over TRX, BTT

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued Justin Sun, laminitis and erstwhile CEO of TRON, according to a March 22 tribunal filing.

The filing said that 2 of Sun’s crypto tokens — TRON (TRX) and BitTorrent (BTT) — constituted securities offerings. The filing mentioned the engagement of Sun’s assorted companies, including Tron Foundation, BitTorrent Foundation, and Rainberry Inc.

The regulator further alleged that those parties engaged successful manipulative lavation trading to make the quality of existent request and support the worth of those tokens high.
