Crypto Exchange Bitzlato Co-Founder Pleads Guilty to U.S. Money Transmitter Charge

Anatoly Legkodymov, a co-founder of Hong Kong-based crypto speech Bitzlato, pleaded blameworthy to operating an unlicensed wealth transmitter. Bitzlato was sanctioned by the U.S authorities successful January.
